1. Purpose
The shop offers online sales of dried fruits, primarily dried mango, to individuals and, on request, to professionals and resellers.
2. User account
Account creation requires a name, a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity performed from your account. You can request account deletion from My account → Delete my account.
3. Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in FCFA, taxes included unless stated otherwise. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations related to natural and artisanal products may occur. We may cancel an order if out of stock, with refund if applicable.
4. Ordering and payment
Online via Kkiapay. Payment is secured through Kkiapay. The order is confirmed after payment verification by our systems.
Manual Momopay USSD. The site may display a Momopay USSD code for informational purposes. This payment is initiated by you directly from your phone, outside the site. It does not replace an order registered on the site unless agreed in advance with the shop by phone, WhatsApp or email.
A delivery address may be entered during online payment. It must be accurate and complete.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and zones are communicated during the order or by direct contact. The risk of loss or damage transfers upon receipt, subject to applicable legal provisions.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
For packaged food items, any quality or non-conformity issue must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos, as long as the product has not been opened or consumed and the original packaging is intact. A food item that has been unsealed, opened, or whose cold chain has been broken cannot be returned for a simple change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. In case of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us for replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Legal warranties
Legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply as provided by Beninese law, without prejudice to exclusions related to the nature of opened food products.
8. Intellectual property
Text, images, logo and site content are the property of FIMED BENIN or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
9. Liability
The shop commits to providing ordered products diligently. Our liability is limited to the amount of the concerned order, except in case of gross negligence or mandatory legal provision. We are not responsible for temporary site interruptions, network malfunctions or third-party payment service failures.
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Benin. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Benin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
